'Fiesta' is a fantastic parlor kaleidoscope by American artists Peggy and Steve Kittelson. The body is slumped glass in spectacular golden hue with speckled "confetti" glass fused over the entire surface, adding texture and depth to the body's look, and then has been mounted to a solid wood, custom made base. There is a turning, oil-filled, black background, side-lit object cell filled with Peggy's unique lampwork glass pieces in rich hues, including dichroic (color shifting) pieces. This scope has a 2-mirror, 9-point system that creates absolutely glorious, traditional "mandala-style" kaleidoscopic imagery. Measures approximately 12.35"T x 10"D x 4.25"W at the base, the cell is 2.75"Diameter. Titled ("Fiesta"), dated (2025) and signed (Peggy & Steve Kittelson) by the artists.
