"Phenomenal Daydreaming" are absolutely gorgeous handheld kaleidoscopes by Japanese artist Chitoshi Takabayashi. "Phenomenal Daydreaming" was created in two different versions; The taller scope has an Aged Elm wood body, while the shorter, darker scope has an Aged Zelkova wood body, both woods used for these scopes were aged by being buried underground for years. Both are 3-Mirror, 6-Point systems and have non turning, oil-filled, front lit object chambers containing assorted handmade glasswork pieces with an internal polarizing filter which creates a soft, color-changing rainbow effect when using a bright light or the Sun to illuminate the inside. Each version of "Phenomenal Daydreaming" creates magnificent kaleidoscopic imagery for your viewing pleasure. Approximate measurements are as follows; Tall Elm Wood scope 5.25" x 1.5"D and Short Zelkova Wood scope 5"T x 1.75"D.
