'Aquamarine' - Gemstone Collection is a delightful handheld kaleidoscope by American artist Sue Rioux. The body was created with four panels of matte blue, iridescent stained glass with a delicate yellow/green flash of color, blue glass rods and a sparkly blue/green glass pebble accenting the body design. There is a turning, oil-filled glass object cylinder containing glass beads, dichroic glass bits, twisted wire and other interesting items with a 3-mirror, 6-point system, together creating magnificent Aquamarine inspired kaleidoscopic imagery. Measures approximately 6.75"L x 2"T x 2.5"W at the cylinder end. Titled ('Aquamarine'), dated (2021), and signed (Sue Rioux) by the artist.
