"Cameleon" is a magnificent parlor kaleidoscope by artist Marc Tickle. This unique scope features a diffused window along the top of it's glass body which causes a brilliant light-filtering process. As light enters the kaleidoscope through this window it emits vivid colors depending on the angle of the light source (such as a handheld flashlight) as you move it along the window area. While viewing the stunning mandala kaleidoscopic imagery, your entire experience is enhanced with changing light and color. Beautiful hand-painted art paper lies beneath the scope's glass body surface, in cheerful colors of pinks, purples, blues, and greens. There is a smooth turning, oil-filled, glass object chamber that contains Marc's own handmade lampwork glass and dichroic glass pieces, beads, and other sparkly items. Entire piece measures approximately 9.5"T x 8"L x 4" diameter at the granite base.
