'Denali' is an exciting handheld kaleidoscope, part of the "National Parks Series", by American artist Sue Rioux. The body was created with glossy, wavy, and icy white stained glass panels, with two sky blue glass rods and an iridescent yellow glass pebble as accents. Body houses both a 2-mirror and 3-mirror system making it two scopes in one. The turning, oil-filled, glass object cylinder contains dichroic (color shifting) glass slices, assorted glass beads, and twisted wire, icy lampwork glass, plus a delightful lampwork glass Orca Whale. Measures approximately 6.75"L x 2"T x 3.5"W at the cell end. Titled ('Denali'), dated (2025), and signed (Sue Rioux) by the artist.
