"Desert Bloom" (Large), by artist Sue Rioux, is a beautiful handmade parlor kaleidoscope. The rectangular body features a gorgeous, multi-level, stained glass cacti in full bloom. This scope contains three mirror systems inside, a 2-mirror (mandala) and two different 3-mirror systems, you get three kaleidoscopes in one! The spinning object barrel is covered with beads, dichroic glass pieces, and other handblown glass objects. Total piece measures approximately 15"T. The scope itself measures approximately 14"T x 8"W x 2.5"D and the wood base is 10" x 7". Signed (Sue Rioux) and dated (2024) by the artist.
