"Handheld - Roll Top Box Set" is a gorgeous wood veneer kaleidoscope by artists Mark and Carol Reynolds. The body and cells feature a beautiful stripe of inlaid wood in an intracate geometric pattern. Scope has a 3-mirror system and five interchangeable object cells that easily screw on and off, much like camera lenses do. Each cell is completely different and they are all oil-filled and turning. The kaleidoscopic imagery created is utterly mesmerizing. This entire set is stored in a custom made, roll top, hardwood box that measures approximately 15"W x 10"D x 7"T. The scope itself measures (without the cell attached) approximately 13"L x 2.75" Diameter at the viewing end. Artist mark on the viewing end. This is a collectors DREAM!
