"Kimono" kaleidoscopes are made by Japanese artist Yasuko Nakazato. Using up-cycled, traditional Kimono fabrics under glass makes lovely imagery for the scope body. There is a non-turning, oil-filled object cell which comes in either 2 or 3 mirror systems, depending on which version of the scope you choose. The cell contains handmade lampwork glass pieces and dichroic glass bits. the internal imagery is vibrant and correlates with the colors featured on the body of each scope.
