"Lil' Gearhead" is a fun, newly designed, Maple kaleidoscope by woodworking master, Benjamin Birdsill. This Kaleidoscope features working, external gears which turn the oil-filled object cell, containing colorful, handmade glasswork pieces with a black background. Turning the object cell by a hand crank on the gears is very satisfying while viewing the stunning internal imagery it creates. Available in either a 2-mirror (Green body) or 3-mirror (Brown body) system, see dropdown to make choice. Measures approximately 9"L x 2.5"Diameter at the object cell end (not including the gears). Includes custom wood stand and is marked with artist's initial (B).
