"Mermaid" is a mysterious and lovely handheld kaleidoscope by Japanese artist Kikuyo Kataoka. The body is made with swirling, oceanic, blue stained glass with dark detailed soldering. This is a non-turning, oil-filled object cell with a transparent blue background, containing tiny handmade glassworked bits and pieces in bright colors matching the body. Scope measures approximately 5.75" T x 2"Diameter at the cell end. Signed G.J (GlassJam) by the artist.
