"Neo Cathedral" is a handheld kaleidoscope created by one of our newest Japanese artists, MIKIO! The scope body features vivid alcohol ink colors, handpainted on holographic-glitter art paper, which sits protected beneath the clear acrylic body. The interior is a 3-mirror system with a non-turning, oil-filled cell that contains an assortment of handmade glassworked pieces, bright glitter, and other interesting beads in neon colors. A dry, free-moving puck with a black filigree overlay sets loosely underneath the oil-filled cell, shifting as you turn the scope and producing the incredible "stained-glass" effect you see in this gorgeous kaleidoscope. Measures approximately 6"L x 1.5" in diameter. Signed by the artist.
