"Phenomenal Blue" are absolutely gorgeous handheld kaleidoscopes by Japanese artist Chitoshi Takabayashi. "Phenomenal Blue" was created in two different versions; The taller scope has a Palo Santo wood body with a 3-Mirror, 6-Point system, while the shorter scope has an Aged Zelkova wood body with a 2-Mirror, 4-Point system. Both have non turning, oil-filled, front lit, white frosted backgrounded object chambers containing assorted handmade glasswork pieces with an internal polarizing filter which creates a soft, color-changing rainbow effect when using a bright light or the Sun to illuminate the inside. Each version of "Phenomenal Blue" creates magnificent kaleidoscopic imagery for you to enjoy. Approximate measurements are as follows; 3-Mirror (taller) scope 5.25"T x 1.70"D, and 2-Mirror (shorter) scope 3.75" x 1.5"D.
