“Soft Green" is a small and lovely double parlor kaleidoscope by American artist Sue Rioux. The four sided rectangular body features a glossy ceramic tile with a delicate deco floral design for the front panel, the other three are sides pale cream stained glass panels. The scope body houses both a 2-mirror, 8-point system and a 3-mirror, 8-point system, side by side for double kaleidoscopic fun! The spinning, oil-filled object cylinder contains assorted beads, glass cane pieces, color shifting dichroic glass, and other colorful and sparkly objects. This little scope creates absolutely gorgeous kaleidoscopic imagery with nicely flowing pieces and color shifting from the dichroic glass, just beautiful. Measures approximately 6"T x 1.5"D x 5"W at the object cylinder. Signed (Sue Rioux) and dated (2025) by the artist.
