Product Details
"Teleidoscope in Roasted Ash" are gorgeous, natural wood scopes by artist Benjamin Birdsill. Roasted Ash is thermally modified, meaning it is baked at a much higher temperature then usual kiln dried lumber, which gives it that “roasted” caramel-like color. Teleidoscopes are different from kaleidoscopes in that they change anything you're looking at through them into gorgeous kaleidoscopic imagery, instead of the usual kaleidoscope which uses an object cell that the artist chooses for you to see. All internal photos in this listing were taken of the same bookshelf in our photography studio. Each scope measures approximately 7"L x 2" in diameter at the ball end and includes a wood stand. Please be aware, this teleidoscope is available in THREE different mirror systems; 4-Points, 5-Points, or 6-Points, as seen in the dropdown choices.
