'TurnItOn' is a self-illuminating handheld kaleidoscope by American artist Henry Bergeson. The body is handmade from gorgeous hardwood and features an internal light system (battery operated) that will automatically turn on (and will stay lit for about 1 minute) by simply touching the object cell. The glass and brass cell is oil-filled, turning, and contains handmade glasswork pieces and all sorts of little sparkly, colorful, and interesting items. A super fun scope to have on hand for lazy days of lounging and experiencing absolutely gorgeous kaleidoscopic imagery. Measures approximately 11"T, and 4.75"W x 3.5"D at the base. The battery compartment has a magnetically held cover which also hides the artist's initials and creation date.
