'Your Turn' is a fantastic parlor kaleidoscope by American artist Bob Ade. The body was created from subtly swirled white slumped glass that was then fused to a custom stand, made from glossy black glass, which was then attached to a black and clear/green sandwiched glass base. This is a 2-mirror, 6-point system with a dry, front-lit, turning object cell with a clear textured glass background, and contains variously colored glass pieces and dichroic (color changing) glass slices. Measures approximately 8.5"T x 3.5"W at the base, scope itself is 9.25"L x 2.25"Diameter. Scope created absolutely satisfying, crisp and detailed, "mandala-style" kaleidoscopic imagery. Titled ("Your Turn"), dated (2016), and signed (Ade) by the artist.
