"Art Deco in Blues" is a lovely parlor kaleidoscope by American artist Sue Rioux. The body is 4 sided, the front panel is a ceramic tile with a gorgeous art deco design. The two side and back panels are blue glass and there are decorative glass rods accenting the design of the piece. This scope features two internal setups, a 3-mirror 10-point, and 2-mirror 10-point system, two scopes in one for double viewing fun! There is a spinning, oil-filled, glass object cylinder containing assorted colorful beads, dichroic glass, wires and other bits and pieces, which all together create gorgeous kaleidoscopic imagery. Piece measures approximately 8.25"T x 7"W x 2.5"D, including the base. Signed (Sue Rioux) and dated (2024) by the artist.
