"Art Deco" is a large parlor kaleidoscope by American artists Steve and Peggy Kittelson. The body of this stellar kaleidoscope was created with fused dichroic glass and slumped black glass in addition to wood panels and a solid wood stand and base. There is an oil-filled, turning, side-lit, black background, magnetically held object cell containing Peggy's delicate handmade lampwork glass pieces, dichroic (color shifting) glass ribbons and other interesting shimmery bits. This scope is a 2-mirror, 7-point system which creates absolutely stunning "mandala-style" kaleidoscopic imagery. Also features super cool color shifting zig-zags along the internal tunnel view. Piece measures approximately 17"T x 13"L x 7"W. Signed (Peggy & Steve Kittelson), numbered (5 of 10), and titled (Art Deco) by the artists.
