"Brocade" is a gorgeous, VINTAGE 1996, handheld kaleidoscope by talented American duo Peggy and Steve Kittelson. The body was created with slumped glass in swirling purple, violet, teal and white. There is a turning, side lit, oil-filled object cell containing Peggy's fantastic glass lampwork pieces in the same lovely colors as the body. Included is the walnut stand as shown in listing photos. This is a 4-mirror system that creates beautiful, dancing 'chorus line' kaleidoscopic imagery. This 30 year old scope is a lovely collector's piece. Measures approximately 9.5"L x 2"Diameter and is titled (Brocade), dated (1996), and signed (Peggy Burnside & Steve Kittelson), by the artists.
