'Cherry Blossoms at Dusk' is a cheerful handheld kaleidoscope by Japanese artists, Yoshiaki & Keiko Onodera of K*Glass - Kaleidoscope. The smooth cylindrical body is a glass tube that is corrugated on the inside and features a hand painted bloom of pink and white. This is a 3-mirror, 5-point system with a non-turning, oil-filled, side lit, ULTRA-PURPLE translucent backgrounded, glass object cell which contains delicate, tiny, handmade lampwork glass pieces, tumbled sea glass bits, an assortment of itty bitty beads, and other delights, in delightful cherry blossom hues. Together these elements create absolutely gorgeous "full-view" kaleidoscopic imagery. Measures approximately 5"L x 1.25"Diameter. Scope arrives in a lovely custom box with information leaflets and a little wooden resting cradle. Signed (K*Glass) by the artists. Note: Shine your light source into the side of the scope to see all the blossom colors, then movie it to the end of the cell for a magnificent vibrant purple glow!
