"Curly Maple" are lovely wooden handheld kaleidoscopes by artist Benjamin Birdsill. The body of this scope is genuine Curly Maple and comes with either Purpleheart or Padauk wood accents, or in all Curly Maple. These have turning end, oil-filled, and black background object cells containing handmade glasswork pieces in bright colors, dichoric glass bits, and other sparkly items, which together create gorgeous, vivid, traditional "mandala" kaleidoscope imagery. Benjami's 'Curly Maple' scopes are 2-mirror systems, with either 7-points or 5-points, depending on which style you choose from the dropdown during checkout. Measures approximately 7.5"L x 2.25" Diameter at the cell end.
