"Daisy On The Hill" is a pretty handheld kaleidoscope by Japanese artist Mizue Tatekawa. The body was constructed in White (with a rainbow iridescent sheen) glass panels, accented with a stripe of metallic Green glass on the front and rear, the side panels are a soft blue, and features a cheerful yellow glass flower adornment, with fancy soldering throughout the piece. This is a 2-mirror, 8-point system with a turning, oil-filled object cylinder containing handmade lampwork glass pieces and a white background. The adorable "mandala-style" kaleidoscopic imagery this scope creates has an internal daisy design created by selectively masking one of the mirrors, creating a perfectly delightful blooming image. This sweet scope measures approximately 7"T and 4"L at the cylinder.
