'Disco Dandelion' is a wonderful teleidoscope creation by British artist Marc Tickle. The imagery in this teleidoscope is made from 4 tapered and reflective surfaces including a dichroic (color shifting) mirror. The dynamic images you see will change dramatically as it enters differing light sources and intensities. This scope also contains small glass beads that will internally float toward and away from the viewer as the scope is tilted up and down. The scope has tubular glass body featuring a light-filtering window. Beneath the glass lies Marc's gorgeous and vibrant abstract art, hand-painted with alcohol ink on art paper. This scope was originally designed for the 2019 Brewster Society Kaleidoscope Expo. Measures approximately 13.5"L x 2" in diameter.
