'Geometric Trio' is a mysterious VINTAGE/collectors set of handheld kaleidoscopes by American artist Sherry Moser. This triple "Cube - Sphere - Pyramid" set each have an internal mirror system to match the shape of their outer bodies;
- 'Cube' was made with flawless, glossy glass panels in black with an acrylic, turning, front lit, oil-filled, clear backgrounded object cell containing colorful and iridescent, handmade, lamp-worked glass pieces, and has a 2-mirror, 4-point system. Together, these elements create gorgeous square kaleidoscopic images.
- 'Sphere' was created with an acrylic body and has a turning, front lit, dry, clear pressed glass backgrounded object cell containing richly hued lamp-worked glass pieces with a modified 3-mirror system. Together, these elements create delightful spherical kaleidoscopic images.
- 'Pyramid' was made with flawless, glossy glass panels in white and black with an acrylic, turning, side lit, oil-filled, black backgrounded object cell containing colorful and iridescent handmade, lamp-worked glass pieces, dichroic (color shifting) glass pieces and has a 2-mirror, 3-point system. Together, these elements create fanciful triangular kaleidoscopic images.
Scopes measure approximately as follows; Cube is 4" Square, Sphere is 4" Diameter, and Pyramid is 7.25"L at the bottom and 4"T. Included is the gorgeous glossy black glass display tray (15.5"W x 10"D). This trio of vintage collectors kaleidoscopes are quite rare and super fun to explore. Each has been numbered, dated, and signed by the artist.
