"Illuminati" is a fabulous parlor kaleidoscope by artist Marc Tickle. The body is a glass tube with glittery silver art paper inside, mounted on a sleek metal stand. This design features a unique mirror design comprising a 2-mirror and 3-mirror systems. The image appears to be spherical but it is a 2-D decagon. This kaleidoscope features the first use of UV-reactive liquid filled ampules, so when a black light is shone into the cell it changes the image dramatically. This scope measures approximately 17"T x 14-1/2"L x 2-5/8" in diameter at the eyepiece end. Signed, dated (2016), named and numbered (5/10) by the artist.
