These beautiful handheld kaleidoscopes are by Ben Birdsill. Each scope is made of a different wood combination and there are also varying mirror systems and backgrounds. In the picture from left to right we have 1) a scope of Spalted Maple and Walnut with a 2-mirror system and a black background in the cell, 2) a scope of Honey Locus and Walnut with a 3-mirror system and white background in the cell, 3) a scope of Tiger Wood and Mahagony with a 3-mirror system and black background in the cell, and 4) a scope of Curly Maple and Padauk with a 2-mirror system and a white background in the cell. Each of the object cells are fluid-filled, turning end, and side-lit, they each come with a small black wooden stand and they are signed by the artist. Please call the store prior to placing your order to let us know which wood combinations and mirror systems you would like to have and we will let you know what is currently available.
