"Mandala" is a magical handheld kaleidoscope by japanese artist Hiroshi Wakabayashi. The body is made from copper and features embelishments of Lapis Lazuli, and other stones, set into glittery polymer clay and stamped with the title 'MANDALA'. There is a dry, polarized, non-turning object cell containing delicately crafted pieces of clear glass and tiny clear beads. The intricate and colorful mandala patterns you see are created by shining light through a polarized filter inside. This scope measures approximately 7.5"L and is signed (HW) by the artist. Each of these kaleidoscopes are crafted by hand so slight variations are to be expected in the body design.
