"Mandala" is a magical handheld kaleidoscope by Japanese artist Hiroshi Wakabayashi. The body is made from copper and features embelishments of Lapis Lazuli, and other stones, set into glittery polymer clay and stamped with the title 'MANDALA'. There is a polarized, dry, object cell containing delicately crafted pieces of clear, colorless shard pieces, tiny clear beads, and other delights. The intricate and colorful mandala patterns you see are created by shining light through a polarized filter inside, the effect is similar to a prism. This scope measures approximately 7.5"L and is signed (HW) by the artist.
