"Nellie Bly Sky" is a handheld kaleidoscope by Marc Tickle. The scope body is glass over hand-painted art paper. This scope has a non-turning, oil-filled object chamber that includes lampworked glass, millefiori, beads, and ampules, with a black background. On each side of the scope body there are 'light-collecting' windows which filter the light inside the scope, creating different internal colors which will vary depending on the angle of the scope to your light source. This scope has a 4-mirror system, measures approximately 11-1/4"L x 2" in diameter, and a larger than usual veiwing port for easily seeing the internal imagery.
