"Purple Haze" is a parlor kaleidoscope by Sue Rioux. The body was created with textured dichroic stained glass, decorative blue glass ros, and a blue dichroic glass base. This scope has three different mirror systems, a 2-mirrror, a 3-mirror and a 4-mirror. The turning object drum (3-3/4"L x 3" in diameter) is soldered pieces of textured, colorful, and glittery glass. Measures approximately 11-3/4"T x 7"W x 3-1/2" deep at the base. Signed (Sue Rioux), named (Purple Haze), and dated (2019) by the artist.
