"Side-Lit Handheld" is a fantastic handmade kaleidoscope by American artist Mark Reynolds. The scope is made in a variety of different woods for the body's construction, each has it's own individually designed wooden inlay accentuation down the side, and houses a 3-mirror system. There is a turning, oil-filled, side lit object cell containing an assortment of glass beads, lampwork glass, and dichroic glass pieces. Side-Lit creates spectacular kaleidoscopic imagery that will dazzle anyone taking a peek inside. Each of these handmade creations are one-of-a-kind so slight variations should be expected. Measures approximately 12"L x 2.75"Diameter. Includes a wooden stand and is initialed by the artist on the viewing end.
