VINTAGE - 'Spellbound' is a spectacular handheld kaleidoscope by American artists Peggy and Steve Kittelson. The body was made in gorgeous blueberry swirl slumped glass and the smooth turning, oil-filled, side lit, black background object cell contains Peggy's handmade lampwork and dichroic (color shifting) glass pieces. 'Spellbound' has an incredible 2-mirror, 12-point system that produces mesmerizing "mandala-style" kaleidoscopic imagery. Measures approximately 10.5" long x 2.5"Diameter and includes a custom made wooden stand. This 28 year old scope is titled (Spellbound), dated (1998), and signed (Peggy & Steve Kittelson) by the artists.
