"Winter Whimsey" is a handheld kaleidoscope by Sue Rioux. The body was created with white, textured stained glass with blue decorative accent rods, decorative soldering, and a white dichroic glass bead accent. This scope has a both a 2-mirror and 3-mirror system inside. The object chamber is a spinning barrel which has been highly adorned wtih dichroic glass, fused glass, textured glass pieces and more. Measures approximately 6"T x 10"L x 1-1/2"W at the eyepeice end of the scope. Signed, named and dated (2019) by the artist.
