"Wishes" is a handheld kaleidoscope by Sue Rioux. The body was created with iridescent carmel colored stained glass with decorative gold glass rods, a dichroic glass jewel accent, and a decorative soldering. The object chamber is a freely turning drum with soldered dichroic glass and lampworked glass pieces which creates brilliant, jewel-toned imagery framed by a unique, octagon, multi-colored background. This scope has a 2-mirror system with a large viewing port. Measures approximately 10"L x 3"T x 5"W at the drum. Signed and dated by the artist.
