'Nature's Promise' is a fabulous (VINTAGE/COLLECTORS) handheld kaleidoscope by American master scope creators Peggy and Steve Kittelson. This scope features a beautiful fused-glass Rainbow on a powder blue slumped glass body. There is a turning, side-lit, oil-filled object cell with a black background and an altered 2-mirror, 8-point system that has RAYS extending from the spectacular central "mandala-style" imagery. The cell contains Peggy's beautiful handmade lamp-worked glass flowers and shapes, dichroic glass pieces, and little glass rainbows. Scope measures approximately 10.25"L x 2.75"Diameter and includes a wooden stand. Titled (Nature's Promise), dated (1996), numbered (#20 of 50), and signed (Peggy Burnside, Steve Kittelson) by the artists.
