'Phenomenal Classic' is a mysterious little handheld kaleidoscope by Japanese artist Chitoshi Takabayashi. The pear shaped scope body was made from solid hardwoods with antiqued brass end pieces. This is a 2-mirror, 7-point system. This is a non-turning, dry, front lit, and POLARIZED (color-shifting!) backgrounded object cell which contains teeny, handmade, lamp-worked glass in delicate twisty pieces. Scope creates swoon worthy "mandala-style" kaleidoscopic imagery that will impress anyone looking inside. Measures approximately 3.75"L x 2.75" at its widest point.
